I know its been ages since i posted but its just been mad busy, just trying to make it happen really… had loads of meetings recently, also sent of for business cards for The Property Barons so that should be back soon!

I’m also pursuing acting, i have always wanted to do it and finally making the right steps, nothing huge, just dappling at the moment but you never know!

I bought the domain name www.the-property-barons.com and have started working on the website, then all the foundations for this new venture will be in place and ready to rock and roll!

I went to a open day today, it was by a company called Passive Investments, to summerize, they charge a fee of £35,000 and buy 6 properties for you over a period of 6 years, rent them out for you and manage the whole process, to be honest, i couldn’t find a flaw, it seems the perfect senario and is all in black and white, I will probably be doing this with Adz for The Property Barons, if any of you are interested in doing it or want more info, please e-mail me your contact details and I will be happy to pass them on so you can see the potential aswell.

Got all the certificates through today for MyPropertyDirectory.com & The Property Barons, framed them up and stuck them on the wall, this is the start of big things to come!
