I went to a open day today, it was by a company called Passive Investments, to summerize, they charge a fee of £35,000 and buy 6 properties for you over a period of 6 years, rent them out for you and manage the whole process, to be honest, i couldn’t find a flaw, it seems the perfect senario and is all in black and white, I will probably be doing this with Adz for The Property Barons, if any of you are interested in doing it or want more info, please e-mail me your contact details and I will be happy to pass them on so you can see the potential aswell.
